APP OF THE WEEK - JUNE 2010

The Package is a fun and entertaining physics puzzle game with amazing 3D graphics.

You influence the character (a package) by placing out springs, ramps, fans, etc. You have a timer and can experiment as much as you want until you get the package through the maze-like room, past hazards, and into the green zone. You also get bonuses if you manage to pick up golden packages along the way.

The Package has 20 beautiful levels with increasing difficulty.

The Package is optimized to run on newer devices (iPhone 4, iPhone 3Gs and iPod Touch 3rd gen). The game will run on older devices, but with reduced performance. For optimal performance and a fun gaming experience a 3rd generation device or higher is recommended.

We would like to thank Kaja Hench Dyrlie and the rest of Norwegian Film Institute for their support. Without them this game would have remained an idea and nothing more.

UPDATE:
Version 1.102 is available for download from the App Store. First of, this update fixes the strange crash bug that occured on some devices. New features in the 1.1 release are a hint system and a ‘Fast forward’ function that will help  you solve the puzzles faster. We also lighted up some of the darker levels, added support for iOS4 with Fast App Swapping and improved the physics accuracy.
